`notes.json` is the record. newest first. writing a note means adding it here — it is live the moment it lands.

posting is a separate job that follows the delta: whatever is in the file and hasn't gone out yet, goes out. `frames.py [slug]` renders signed story frames to the desktop for the newest note, or the one you name. `--dry` counts frames first; over three, give the note a shorter `story` field.
